Use this tasty vinegar to enhance salad dressings, marinades and sauces. It can also be reduced to a glaze for drizzling over desserts and fruits.
4 cups white balsamic vinegar
3 cups Tabletree Cherry Juice
In a non-reactive pot, heat up the white balsamic vinegar and Tabletree Cherry Juice until it starts to simmer; remove the pot from heat right away. Do not let the vinegar boil.
Let Cool 10 minutes.
Put mixture in a very clean, non-reactive bottle or jar and securely affix lid. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
